Facilities Manager

To ensure the operational excellence of our facilities in Casablanca, we are recruiting an experienced Facilities Manager. This crucial role involves overseeing the maintenance, security, and layout of our premises to provide an optimal working and learning environment. We are looking for a meticulous professional, capable of combining technical management and budget optimisation to ensure the smooth daily operation of our centre.
Main missions
- Manage the upkeep, maintenance, and layout of the premises.
- Supervise new works and the optimisation of workspaces.
- Monitor the service providers and the site maintenance plan.
- Manage the purchases, supplies, and materials necessary for the proper functioning of the centre.
- Develop and monitor the general resources budget, analyse and optimise costs.
- Ensure site security (video surveillance, compliance, fire prevention, staff training)
- Supervise the reception and management of classrooms.
Desired profile
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in maintenance, logistics or equivalent field.
- Proven experience in general services management or a similar position.
- Proficiency in office tools and management software.
- Sense of organisation, rigor and responsiveness
