To support the quality of our training programmes, we are recruiting an English-speaking Educational Coordinator capable of combining top-notch administrative management with excellent interpersonal skills. This key position requires a high degree of autonomy to structure schedules, optimise our resources, and ensure a smooth interface with a demanding audience, in an environment that values professionalism and precision.

Desired profile

  • Bachelor's degree (3 to 5 years) in Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, English/French Literature or equivalent.
  • English-speaking, with an excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Very good command of French and strong writing skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination, ideally in a training centre or in education.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and administrative ease.
  • Sense of organisation, autonomy, rigor, analytical mindset, and good interpersonal skills.

Missions

  • Organise and coordinate educational activities: creation of classes, enrolments, course scheduling, management of rooms, teachers, and resources.
  • Ensure the monitoring of training sessions and ensure their smooth running.
  • To be the main point of contact for participants and to ensure a quality customer service.
  • Update the customer database.
  • Manage the reception and processing of telephone calls.
