As a leading player in language assessment in Casablanca, we are recruiting an experienced manager to drive the growth of our certification activities. Under your leadership, you will structure the commercial offering, oversee a dedicated team, and ensure operational excellence in the testing sessions. This role requires a strategic vision of the educational sector combined with exemplary organisational rigor to uphold our performance standards.
Missions
- Manage relationships with partner institutions and educational establishments.
- Define and implement the business strategy for the English language certification division.
- Identify new markets, develop partnerships with educational or professional institutions.
- Manage and coordinate all activities related to the organisation of testing sessions.
- Train and supervise a dedicated operational team.
- Supervise a team dedicated to operations and ensure the monitoring of commercial performance.
- Ensure strategic monitoring of the language certification market at both national and international levels.
- Develop the communication and promotion tools of the hub.
Desired profile
- Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in business development or project management in the education, languages, or certification sector.
- Perfectly bilingual in English / French (spoken and written).
- Proven skills in negotiation, business strategy, and team management.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in office tools and CRM.
- A knowledge of the language assessment sector is an important asset
