Development Manager

To drive the growth of our flagship business centre in Casablanca, we are looking for a results-oriented Development Manager. This key position involves orchestrating the marketing of our office suites, coworking spaces, and conference rooms to a demanding clientele. Your mission will be to combine strategic prospecting and client retention to optimise the occupancy rate while ensuring a high level of service.

Missions

  • Market the centre's spaces (offices, floors, coworking, meeting rooms, etc.).
  • To seek new tenants and partners, and to ensure their loyalty.
  • Manage contracts, bookings, and the administrative follow-up of clients.
  • Supervise the proper functioning of the spaces (services, maintenance, internal coordination).
  • Actively participate in the promotion and visibility of the centre.

Desired profile

  • Successful experience of at least 2 to 3 years in a similar position (business centre, real estate, hospitality, coworking, etc.).
  • Excellent commercial and interpersonal skills.
  • Organisational spirit, autonomy and responsiveness.
  • Good mastery of IT and office tools
